LIBERIA’S BICENTENNIAL
In a special statement launching the yearlong Bicentennial Anniversary of Liberia at the Samuel K.Doe Sports Complex, Monday, February 14, 2022, the Chief Executive said peace, unity, and reconciliation are imperative for national development policies to work unhindered now and in the future.
The president of the Republic, Dr.George Manneh weah, says peace, unity, and reconciliation are critical to the development of Liberia, noting that 200 years of existence of the country could not have been possible had the forebearers failed to play their part in uniting the country.
